Distancing, an exhibition featuring four artists from Korea, Japan, and the Philippines

LIM Nosik explores the subtle boundary between the visible and the invisible through painting, positioning the canvas as a space where external reality and internal perception naturally intersect.

The exhibition is structured to guide viewers along the flow created by the works of four artists, each operating with a distinct density and sensibility. Rather than inviting viewers to simply “read” the works, the exhibition proposes that they move through them. By sensing from a step away and observing from a greater distance, viewers are encouraged to recalibrate their own perception and awareness.
