At the solo exhibition “Discontinuouscontinuity” by artist LEE Jinju, opening on August 13 at ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL in Jongno-gu, Seoul, the artist employs methods such as painting additional images on the back of the canvas, depicting only parts of the body—such as hands—against a deep black background, and blocking the viewer’s vision with elements like nets, to convey a narrative structure that is at once connected and fragmented.
