The drawings and sculptural forms of cartoon characters placed in the exhibition hall were far from simple. PROTOTYPE, a solo exhibition by artist OK Seungcheol, who has been known for works emphasizing faces reminiscent of characters from Japanese manga and animation, is being held in Jamsil, Seoul. Organized by the Lotte Foundation for the Arts, the Lotte Museum presents a large-scale exhibition running until the 26th of next month, offering a multidimensional survey of Ok’s artistic world—from his early works to his latest creations.
