This exhibition does not aim to fill the gaps in art history or redraw a completed map. Rather, it begins with the recognition that maps are inherently incomplete, just as different map projections can depict even the sizes of continents differently. That incompleteness is not a deficiency but can instead become a condition that makes new connections possible.
