[News] Dream, Fantasy, and Challenge

It's a year when cultural literacy builds up on itself just by watching Korean artists' works. Kang Soo Jung, a curator at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art who organized an exhibition, 'the 1960s-70s exhibition of Korean Experimental Art,' which arrived at the Hammer Museum last week, said, "Since avant-garde and experimentation are the keywords for this exhibition, the tour, which was originally conducted around North America and was first unveiled in Seoul," adding, "I wanted to show this exhibition as an original content country and fully understand it to researchers and planners, and I came to New York and LA." It means that the audience's response was added to make the content more faithful and found LA. The exhibition re-examined the late JUNG Kangja, the artist of "Kiss Me," who did not receive much attention during her lifetime for her unconventional performing arts. South Korea's Arario Museum held a solo exhibition with its platform autobiographical essay "Dear Dream, Fantasy, and Challenge (1990), and the Freeze Art Fair in London, UK, selected the only Asian writer in the "Modern Woman" section honoring major female writers.
