Gyeongnam Art Museum will present the 2026 contemporary art exhibition Everywhere and Nowhere from April 18 to June 28.
The exhibition examines how individuals, beginning from their own bodies, memories, and conditions of life, move beyond traditional forms of the collective “we” shaped by the nation, institutions, family, and organizations, and create new possibilities for community.
The exhibition features 14 artists and collectives from Korea and abroad, including Oh Myocho, Oh Hwajin, Lee Eunhee, Seo Seonghyeop, Lee Jinju, PARK Youngsook, Ahn Yuri, Mioon, Chu Mirim, Hwang Hyodeok, Oh Juyoung, Aisha-Lisa Atilla, Lee Minjin, and Haepali.
Through a range of media including painting, installation, photography, video, and sound, the participating artists reveal multiple layers of today’s social structures, technological environments, and relationships between humans and non humans, grounded in individual experience, emotion, and positionality.
