Since the 2000s, the need for research and re-evaluation of Jung has begun to be raised. Recently, various attempts have been made to re-examine her in the art world at home and abroad.
The exhibition, 'It Has Always Been The Beginning,' that had opened at Arario Gallery Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul on November 15th was on of those attempts. It is the first solo exhibition in five years since the retrospective exhibition held simultaneously in Seoul and Cheonan at Arario Gallery in 2018. About 40 paintings painted from 1995 to 2010 were exhibited.
