GWON Osang is an artist who has blurred the boundary between photography and sculpture through his distinctive practice of "photo sculpture," in which photographs are cut and assembled into three dimensional forms. Through works such as Deodorant Type, in which images photographed from multiple angles are combined to construct sculptural forms, and Relief, which expands flat images into layered reliefs, he has continuously redefined the concept of sculpture.
