LEE Jinju's painting, 'Perception' at the Arario Gallery booth in Frieze Seoul, which recently ended, was one of the most popular works of the fair, lined up every day to take pictures. It is a circular paintinㅁg that still embraces a woman whose face is covered by several hands. A paint called "LEE Jungbae black," which was specially produced by her husband after searching through pigment shops and repeatedly experimenting, was used. With this endless blackness, the artist wanted to "provide the feeling of meeting a world of unique senses."

"I paint this black at the end of the work, and the suction power of the character becomes different," she explained.
